We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons (winter months). However, same-day bookings are often available depending on availability.
We're open 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week. Last bike pickup is at 5:00 PM to ensure return by closing time.
Yes! Contact us during your rental to extend. Extension fees will apply based on our hourly rate, subject to bike availability.
Please call us if you're running late. We'll hold your bikes for up to 30 minutes past your scheduled time, after which we may need to reassign them.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment can be made online during booking or at pickup. We do not accept cash.
Our prices are all-inclusive with helmet and basic equipment. Additional charges only apply for damages, late returns (after closing), or if you need to extend your rental.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Yes! Groups of 4+ bikes receive a 10% discount. Contact us directly for larger groups or multi-day rentals for custom pricing.

Riders must be 16 years or older. Minors (16-17) need a parent/guardian to sign the waiver. Children under 16 can ride with proper supervision and guardian signature.
Just bring a valid government-issued photo ID. We provide everything else: helmets, safety briefing, and fully charged e-bikes.
Light rain is okay, but we recommend rescheduling for severe weather. If weather becomes unsafe during your rental, return early for a partial refund.
Our bikes are insured for theft and major damage. Renters are responsible for minor damage, loss, or damage due to misuse. We recommend checking if your personal insurance covers rental activities.

Our pickup location is in central Naples, Florida. Exact address and directions will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
Yes, we have dedicated parking spaces for customers. Street parking is also available nearby.
We offer delivery service to select hotels in Naples for an additional fee. Contact us to check if your hotel is in our delivery zone.
We'll provide route recommendations based on your experience level and interests. Popular options include beachfront paths, historic downtown, and nature preserves.

The bikes work like regular bicycles even without power. However, our batteries are tested before each rental. If you experience issues, call us for assistance or battery swap.

Our e-bikes provide pedal assistance up to 20 mph, which is the legal limit for e-bikes in Florida. You control the speed with pedaling effort and assist level.
Yes, our bikes have adjustable seats and handlebars to accommodate riders from 5'2" to 6'4". We'll help you adjust everything for maximum comfort during pickup.
